Lead Installation Technician

Intuitive A/V, northern Arizona’s premiere residential and commercial low-voltage technology integrator is looking to add two “rock star” lead technicians to join our growing team. Intuitive A/V’s owner is a 30-year veteran of the industry and is assembling a team of highly-skilled professionals to take the market by storm. Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation and/or Supervision of Installation Technicians of Low-Voltage Systems Including:
• Structured Cabling, Control Systems, Networks & Wi-Fi, Security, Audio/Video, Lighting & Shading, Surveillance
• Direct, Supervise, Train, Mentor and Oversee Junior Installation Technician(s)
• Assist in Coordination of Project Completion/Scheduling
• Assist with Pre-Installation Engineering and Planning, As Needed
• Conduct Initial Walk-Through with Sales Team
• Take-over Project After Sales Walkthrough.
• Monitor Hours of Project to Ensure Hours Stay Within Reasonable Area of Estimated Hours.
• Facilitate All Production to Service Project Hand-Offs.
• Review Proposals with Sales/Design Team for Accuracy and Installation Hours.
• Maintain Accurate and Timely Project Documentation (Work Orders, Field Copies, Checklists)
• Type Up and Send End-Of-Day Reports
• Follow Written and Verbal Instructions
• Perform Requested Tasks in a Timely Manner
• Responsible for Daily Loading/Unloading of Necessary Gear and Equipment
• Help Maintain Inventory and Organizations of Company Assets
• Read Trade Publications to Learn and Maintain Industry Standards and Technology
• Complete All Company Assigned Trainings as Required
• Follow All Reasonable Safety Protocol
• Report to Work with All Required Tools
• Be Punctual and Maintain Proper and Accurate Timekeeping Records
• Maintain a Personable and Pleasant Demeanor
• Travel to Out-Of-Town Job Sites as Necessary

Necessary Qualifications:

• 5-Year Minimum Experience Installing ALL PHASES of Residential Integration Systems
• Trustworthy with a Strong Work Ethic
• Detail Oriented and Organized
• History of Productivity and Effectiveness in Teamwork Environment and Working Alone
• Demonstrated Competency in Adapting to Change
• Appetite to Learn
• Licensed Driver and Clean Driving Record
• Lift Up To 60 Pounds
